Incorporation Checklist

Please provide the following information regarding your Company setup.

 

Documents to be emailed:

  1. For Individuals: A copy of the front and back of the NRICs (for Singaporeans) or Passport (for foreigners) of the directors, shareholders and company secretary.

  2. For Corporates: (applicable when a company is a shareholder): Business profile for local company or foreign registration documents for foreign company.

  3. For Auditors: Letter of appointment from auditors.
